Production requirements
PHE Plant Hire Executive is produced in QuarkXpress using the Apple Macintosh platform.
Advertisers are requested to construct their material using any of the main publishing
applications. These include: QuarkXpress (not Passport), Illustrator or InDesign.
High resolution PDF files are acceptable but they must be PDF/X-1a compliant.
The printer has introduced a new quality guideline, ISO 12647, and they will reject pdfs if
they are not PDF/X-1a compliant.
