TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The advertiser will indemnify
and protect the Publishers from any claims or actions based upon the unauthorised
use of any person's name or photograph, or any sketch, map, words, labels,
trade marks, patents or any copyright matter, or based upon libellous statements.
- The publishers will not be
liable for any loss occasioned by the failure of any advertisement to appear
from any cause whatever, nor do they accept liability for printer's errors,
although every care is taken to avoid mistakes.
- Monthly accounts are strictly
nett and are subject to satisfactory references and to settlement within 30
days from date of invoice.
- Notice of cancellation or
amendment is required in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to publication
date. In the event of late cancellation or amendments, or failure to supply
the necessary advertisement or inserts, the advertiser or agent will be liable
to pay the full cost for the advertisement or inserts booked.
- Agreed series discount contracts
only apply if the full contract is completed. If any cancellation results
in the appropriate series discount rate requirement not being achieved, supplementary
invoices will be issued without notice.
- Conditions contained in order
for advertisement space which are not in conformity with the foregoing conditions
will not be recognized as binding unless agreed to in writing by the publishers.
The placing of an order is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
